The hotel offered comfortable and spacious rooms, with a lovely scent throughout the establishment. The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service. The hotel's key location was a major advantage, with public transport options like the metro and tram easily accessible.
Some rooms facing the street experienced a lot of noise due to nearby construction and the busy tramway. Noise insulation seemed to be lacking, as conversations from outside could be heard clearly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location in a residential area was perfect for us as it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, speaking English well. The room was spacious, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed, including an electric kettle and mini fridge. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a large shower featuring an amazing rain shower head. We were also pleased to find that the hotel offered services such as dry cleaning and tours/ticket assistance. we were highly satisfied with our experience here.

The younger staff, friendly and helpful. Fresh and clean room, comfortable bed. Convenient tram stop for St. Petersburg train station. Plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. Metro station just a 5-minute walk. Reception staff, friendly and helpful. Good range of local amenities. Safe walking at night.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were attentive to my needs and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and my room was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the metro station and provided easy access to the train station for St. Petersburg. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and there was parking available for guests.
